A little about me: I am mom to 2, and a bonus mom to 3 more. The combination of my lived experience and formal education has given me a deep understanding of the complexities involved in navigating high conflict individuals. There is a very specific skillset needed when walking this road, and it’s my desire to empower you with the education, support and tools needed to successfully protect yourself and your family. As an Associate Member specializing in the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, with dual certifications in High Conflict Divorce Coaching and Stepfamily Coaching, I am equipped to support you through some of life’s most challenging chapters. My comprehensive understanding of high conflict behavior and communication, allows me to guide you through every step of your journey. ​With specialized training in coercive control and trauma-informed practices, I bring a deeper understanding of the dynamics at play in high-conflict situations, helping clients feel seen and supported.
